Job Responsibilities
- Create Instructional Design documents and Storyboards as required.
- Communicate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content gathering.
- Oversee course development projects and ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Manage work scope and ensure adherence to quality expectations.
- Utilize appropriate tools for task execution.
- Compile and rectify Feedback/Fault Reports.
- Monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare Learning Analytics reports and dashboards.
- Set up quality and audit guidelines.
- Handle escalations effectively.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (business or technical discipline preferred).
- Proficiency in creating Instructional Design documents and storyboards.
- Experience managing training administration support activities.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
