Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective listening and problem-solving.
- Handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and work in a 24×7 voice process.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific training and process standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Full-time graduates with all certificates (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an international voice process.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Familiarity with voice processes.

- Original Photo ID Proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport – any two).
- Original and photocopies of education certificates:
- 10th, 12th, Graduation (semester-wise marksheets, provisional & original degrees).
