Job description:

• Define, build, and drive project plans and timelines
• Support business case creation
• Control project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Manage tasks and allocate project resources
• Capture minutes/action items of meetings/workshops
• Closely monitor and manage project budgets
• Track tasks, deliverables, risks, issues, and milestones
• Manage implementation efforts (UAT, QA)
• Data analytics on the data required to enable the delivery by region
• Create and distribute regular project status updates and reporting
• Manage project change request process
• Create solution documentation (User Guides, training materials)
• Ongoing evaluation of project delivery and adoption of lessons learned

1. Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Project Management
• Excellent English communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
• Ability to apply theoretical and practical project management knowledge
• Assertive and clear communicator with the ability to lead effective and focused meetings
• Experience managing multiple concurrent agile projects
• Curiosity that leads you to constantly learn, challenge the status quo, and embrace transformation
• Respect for others and a desire to work as a team with diverse skills and backgrounds
• Strong ability to prioritize and drive actions within project team
• Ability to think strategically and proactively propose solutions
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Self-starter who can manage tasks independently, but also collaborative and works well in teams
• Awareness of Technology and Procurement processes
• Proficiency in project management software tools like MS Project
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office MS PowerPoint, MS Excel

What education we look for:

• Graduate degree or equivalent
• PMP Certification is an added advantage.

Other requirements:

• Excellent oral, and written communication and presentation skills in business English
• Experience working in a global organization is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Project, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to support UK/US hours
