Job description:
- ITIL Process Awareness (Incident, Change and Problem Management)
- Trained in Soft Skills and Business Communication
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly, and adapt to different roles as the situation demands
- Incident, Problem & Service Request Management (Managing Incidents/Tasks/Problems within Service Level Agreement and ensuring that SLA is met, as expected)
- Prioritizing tickets to be resolved based on age and SLA criteria
- Perform the below activities as per standard operating procedures
- Open support cases for Clients products before Level 3
- Co-ordinate with level 3 team members before escalating to level 3
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks as needed
- Build automation scripts,Maintain scripts for system administration
- Managing and documenting knowledge artifacts.
Perform analysis of repeated incidents and come up solutions that help in preventing such incidents.
IMPORTANT NOTE :: (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory (excluding Bench & Training & Internships).
