💼 Responsibilities

Handle customer support for retail/e-commerce clients via voice, chat, and email

Resolve issues regarding orders, refunds, returns, tracking, etc.

Perform upselling, cross-selling, and handle escalations

Maintain detailed customer interaction records

Achieve KPIs, complete training, and stay updated with SOPs
✅ Must-Have Skills

1–3 years experience in BPO customer support (Retail/E-Commerce preferred)

Experience in inbound sales, upselling, blended process

Strong written and verbal English communication

Ability to work night shifts and relocate to Bangalore

Familiarity with Australian customers is a plus
