🧑‍💼 Role Overview

• Designation: Senior Process Executive

• Department: BFSI, Investments & Trading

• Shift: Night Shift

• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

• Location: Bengaluru

• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer onboarding, KYC checks for individuals & businesses

• Perform risk assessments – categorize customers (low, medium, high risk)

• Verify identity documents, analyze ownership structures

• Ensure compliance with FATF, OFAC, GDPR, and other global AML regulations

• Escalate suspicious activities and prepare SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports)

• Collaborate with compliance/legal/risk teams

• Possibly mentor junior staff on KYC/AML best practices

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration or related field

• Experience: 1–3 years in KYC, AML, or compliance

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC frameworks

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with KYC tools, databases

  • Good verbal and written communication

• Preferred Certifications: CAMS, knowledge of UK/global AML norms
