Job description:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum 2+ years hands on experience in Oracle SQL Server DBA is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a MIM role.
- Coordinate for Critical P1 incidents with appropriate stakeholders.
- Highlight the incidents which may lose SLA in next 24 hours.
- Highlight the aging and backlog tickets and work with stakeholders to resolve blocker.
- Drive Service Improvements.
- Audit incident data and process on quarterly basis.
- Publish Incident trends
- Excellent communicator with the ability to create high quality verbal and written summaries that are comprehensive, accurate and focused on business partner understanding and impact.
- ITIL V3/V4 certification is ideal but we are okay with ITIL skilled resources.
