Key Responsibilities
Operator – Compression
- Operate compression machines such as Sejong and Cadmach.
- Handle and monitor machine tooling.
- Work with SCADA-based equipment.
- Ensure smooth and efficient compression operations.
Operator – Granulation
- Operate PLC-controlled granulation equipment.
- Handle RMG, FBD, Co-mill and Blender.
- Monitor integrated PLC-based granulation systems.
- Follow production procedures and safety requirements.
Officer / Executive – Granulation, Compression & Coating
- Handle granulation, compression, and coating operations.
- Operate and monitor SCADA-based equipment.
- Work with RMG, FBD, Co-mill, Quadro Co-mill, Cadmach, Sejong, Neocotear and Ganscoater equipment.
- Handle dispensing activities.
- Support QMS, change control, deviation, and self-inspection activities.
- Maintain relevant documentation using TrackWise and DMS software.
Operator – Blister
- Operate blister packing machinery.
- Experience with BOS, Accupack and Elamach machines.
- Ensure efficient blister packing operations while following SOPs and quality requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant ITI / D.Pharm qualification for Operator positions.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification for Officer / Executive positions.
- 2–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience with the specified machines and processes will be preferred.
