Job Summary
Indoco Remedies is seeking experienced professionals with expertise in OSD Manufacturing, Tablet Packing, and Quality Management Systems (QMS). Candidates should have experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of formulation plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production – OSD (Tablet Packing)
- Handle primary and secondary tablet packing operations.
- Operate and monitor tablet packing processes.
- Ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
Production – OSD (Manufacturing)
- Perform tablet manufacturing activities including:
- Compression
- Coating
- Granulation
- Ensure smooth production operations in formulation manufacturing.
Production – OSD (Tablet Packing & Manufacturing) – QMS
- Perform deviation investigations.
- Handle OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) investigations.
- Manage market complaint investigations.
- Execute change control procedures.
- Support equipment qualification activities.
- Conduct investigations related to manufacturing and packing.
- Ensure compliance with EU GMP requirements, data integrity, and quality systems.
- Perform independent investigations, risk assessments, and qualification activities.
Production – OSD (Tablet Packing) – Operator / Sr. Supervisor
- Operate tablet packing equipment.
- Work on Hi-Cart, Autocartonator, Uhlmann, and Hoonga Blister packing machines.
- Perform secondary packing operations efficiently.
