Virchow Biotech Pvt Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical organization based in Hyderabad, is urgently hiring Jr. Executives and Executives for its Injectable Manufacturing department. Position Details
The openings are for Jr. Executive and Executive positions in the Manufacturing–Injectable department. A total of twenty vacancies are available. Eligible qualifications include B.Sc, M.Sc and B.Pharm. Candidates should have three to five years of experience in injectable or sterile manufacturing operations. The salary offered will be based on the candidate’s current CTC. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.
Job Description
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing facility remains clean and well-maintained. They will perform critical production operations including filling, sealing, autoclaving and compounding activities for injectable products. Responsibilities also include dispensing of active raw materials and excipients and documenting all production activities in batch manufacturing records and logbooks.
Candidates must adhere strictly to GMP, GDP and safety protocols while reporting any deviations or equipment issues to the production team leader. They will supervise visual inspection activities, update online logbooks related to the manufacturing area and support equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance activities. Coordination with the QA department for issuance of BMR and BPR is also an essential part of the role.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with sterile manufacturing experience, strong adherence to documentation practices and readiness to join immediately will be given priority.
