TECHNICAL SUPPORT – INTERNSHIP
Job Description:
- Intern will work under Manager -Sales & Support.
Technical Support- Intern will work on following activities:
- Sample Analysis of Pharmaceutical Dosages for Particle size determination by using the Optical microscope with 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant software at in-house and at customer’s place
- Research on new method development for different types of samples
- Installation of software products at customers place
- Train the customers on features of the Software
- Support function – resolving customer queries offline as well as onsite
- Participating in new product development along with development team, sales team & Customer.
- Coordination with testing department of software development and enhancement.
Eligibility:
- Candidates – Final Year B Tech / M Tech in Biotechnology / B Pharma / M Pharma students (or passed out students who want internship)
How to Apply:
- Place of Work: – ImageProVision Headquarter at Baner, Pune
- Working Hrs – 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Duration – 3 months / 6 months
