Job Overview
Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Role: Handling inbound customer service calls and ensuring customer satisfaction
Job Description:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Record and document transactions with necessary follow-ups.
- Understand various products and processes to assist customers better.
- Influence customers to retain or buy services as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns by gathering required information and providing clear solutions.
- Update internal systems and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
- Ensure superior service quality and adhere to organizational standards.
- Handle irate customers with professionalism and tact.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Communication: Strong command of English
- Age: 20–30 years
- Open to working in rotational shifts and voice processes
Shift Timings:
- Males: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM + night shifts (9.5 hours)
- Females: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM (9.5 hours)
Work Schedule:
- 5-day workweek with 2 rotational days off
