Key Skills:
- Preparation of vendor audit schedule on annual basis.
- Preparation of Approved vendor list for blood banks, raw materials, packing materials, service providers and miscellaneous materials.
- Participation in Vendor audits.
- Follow up and collection of vendor qualification documents for blood banks, raw materials, packing materials, service providers and miscellaneous materials.
- Approval or rejection of vendors, preparation and updating of approved vendor list.
- Review of approved vendors list and vendor assessments.
- Responsible for filing the Agreement between blood bank and Ichor Biologics Pvt. Limited.
- To review the audit planner, conducting and monitoring of vendor audits and compliance.
- Collection of Technical / Quality agreement from the vendors.
