Aragen Production Executive – Job Description
Aragen Life Sciences is inviting experienced candidates for Production Executive positions at its Nacharam manufacturing facility in Hyderabad.
Candidates with 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, API manufacturing and chemical processing operations are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview.
Selected candidates will be responsible for batch manufacturing activities, operating GLR and SSR reactors, monitoring production processes, handling chemical processing operations and maintaining compliance with cGMP, EHS and quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Candidates with the following qualifications are eligible:
- B.Sc – Organic Chemistry
- M.Sc – Organic Chemistry
- Diploma – Chemical Engineering
- B.Tech – Chemical Engineering
Required Experience: 2–6 Years in relevant production or chemical manufacturing operations.
Aragen Production Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute batch manufacturing activities according to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Operate and monitor GLR and SSR reactors for API and intermediate manufacturing processes.
- Handle charging, reaction monitoring, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, drying and material transfer activities.
- Monitor process parameters, including temperature, pressure, vacuum and reaction progress.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS and quality requirements during production operations.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and EHS teams for smooth manufacturing activities.
- Maintain accurate production records and logbooks.
- Perform equipment cleaning and line clearance activities.
- Maintain production documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
