Department: Analytical R&D
- Position: Research Trainee / Research Associate
- Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biochemistry
- Experience: 2 to 4 yrs.
Preferred profile for experience:
- Candidates with 2 to 4 yrs. of experience in AR&D /QC/ IP-QC; handling UV- spectrophotometer/ Electrophoresis/ Chromatography / ELISA techniques etc.
- Should be strong in basics.
- Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Working in shifts mandatory.
Job description:
- To handle all the basic techniques in the lab like reagent preparation, Gel electrophoresis, ELISA, Protein Lipid estimations.
- Operation and maintenance of Spectrophotometer, ELISA plate reader, HPLC etc., should have strong basic knowledge in stability studies.
- To involve in the Analytical Method development / technology transfer of plasma derived therapeutic proteins/ Biological products.
Department: R&D / Process Scaleup
- Position: Research Trainee / Research Associate
- No. of vacancies: (1 to 2 Years in Downstream processing or Fresher)
- Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc life science
- Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Job Description
- To actively participate in the day-to-day activities of downstream process.
- Should be familiar with AKTA Process systems.
- Assist supervisors in critical activities during tech transfer, scale-up.
- Responsible for smooth operation of all downstream equipment and monitoring of downstream process including filtration, purification.
- Better to have Experience in scale-up of purification processes.
- Responsible for activities ranging from protein purification, filtration, biochemical and biophysical characterization of proteins.
- Basic knowledge on document preparation and quality management systems
Preferred profile for experience:
- 1 to 2 Years in Downstream processing of Plasma proteins/Monoclonal Antibodies/Recombinant Therapeutic Proteins/Vaccines
- Should be strong in basics.
- Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills
