JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Designation : Officer
- Department : Technical Service /Technology Transfer
- Qualification : B.Tech Chemical Engineering
- Experience : 1 to 3 years experience in Technical Service dept in API industry only .
Job Roles :
- Technology absorption & transfer from R&T to pilot ,Kilo & commercial scale for new products.
- Preparation of P&IDs and PFDs.
- Preparation of HAZOP,HIRA & FMECA Documents.
- Preparation of qualification documents for new projects.
- Mapping of equipment for any new products in different plants and capacity calculations
- Preparation of BPCR for Pre-Validation & validation batches.
- Batch monitoring in Plant during Pre-Validation & validation.
- Preparation of ESR & ISR Documents for Pre-validation & validation batches
- Preparation of Validation report with Observations for the new products.
