Hetero Plasma Sciences – Kothur is conducting a Walk-In Interview for experienced professionals across Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Analytical Research & Development departments. The company is inviting candidates with relevant pharmaceutical, biotechnology, engineering, and manufacturing experience for opportunities at its Kothur facility in Rangareddy, Telangana.

Hetero Plasma Sciences Walk-In Interview – Job Details

1. Engineering – Trainee Engineer / Jr. Executive / Executive

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
Experience: 0–7 Years

Key Profile Requirements

Process: Experience in process equipment preventive maintenance, including equipment such as vial filling lines, vial washing, tunnels, vial filling, sealing, mixing & filtration vessels, autoclaves and lyophilizers. Knowledge of regulatory documentation, equipment qualification and requalification activities.

HVAC: HVAC system operation and maintenance, AHU system operation and maintenance, PM activities, HVAC filter cleaning activities and maintenance of environmental conditions.

Electrical: Experience in electrical shift operations involving generators, transformers, PCC/MCC panels, and related equipment. Basic knowledge of 3-phase systems, HT panels, MCCs, motors, transformers and generators.

Engineering Water Pre-Treatment: Responsible for operating and monitoring pre-treatment, purified water (PW), PSG and WFI systems, including RO, UF, EDI, UV and ozone systems. Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance, routine inspection and troubleshooting of water-system equipment.

2. Production – Jr. Officer / Officer / Executive

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 2–8 Years

Key Profile Requirements

PFN: Experience in following shift and production schedules and planning shifts for subordinate staff. Exposure to plasma collection, sanitization, washing, cutting, pooling and thawing, plasma fractionation processes.

DSP: Experience in downstream plasma manufacturing, handling of process-related instruments and equipment, and good communication and technical skills.

DPM: Knowledge of injectable drug product manufacturing, including handling filling machines, aseptic filling operations, documentation, shift activities and material management.

3. Quality Assurance – Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. Biotechnology / B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Profile Requirements

IPQA: Perform and monitor in-process quality assurance activities during manufacturing. Responsible for line-clearance activities at different stages of drug-substance manufacturing and monitoring of cleanroom behaviour, aseptic activities, BMR review, preferred microbiological knowledge.

QMS: Handling, maintaining and implementing the QMS system and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include reviewing, evaluating and identifying action items/assignments related to change controls, incidents, self-inspections, QRM, CAPA and coordination with cross-functional departments for closure.

4. Quality Control – Officer / Executive

Qualification: M.Sc. Biochemistry / Biotechnology / B.Pharma / B.Tech Biotechnology
Experience: 2–6 Years

Key Profile Requirements

• Laboratory testing using HPLC
• UV Spectrophotometer
• Zone Electrophoresis
• Kjeldahl methods
• Knowledge of WHO guidelines and cGMP rules for plasma testing activities
• Compliance with GMP, GDP and Data Integrity SOPs
• Maintaining strict regulatory compliance

5. Analytical Research & Development – Jr. RA

Qualification: M.Sc. Biochemistry / Biotechnology
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Profile Requirements

• Basic knowledge of biologics/proteins
• Experience handling HPLC & ELISA-based techniques
• Good documentation skills
• Good communication skills
