- To oversee the development, Product launch, and overall Sales, Marketing and Operations of SEA Markets
- Analysing market trends, New Product & Plant registration, working closing with cross-functional teams to develop Brand strategies to succeed in SEA markets for Virology and Spectra Products.
- To drive revenue growth and market share by successfully launching and managing products in SEA markets.
Strategic Planning:-
1. Brand Plan:- Formulating Brand Plan and Strategies for Biosimilar Products; SEA
2. Marketing activities and Sales support:- Overseeing the development and execution of marketing plans and activities for SEA
3. Product Launch: – Virology and Spectra Product to be launched by Q2 in SEA markets
4. Supply and Distributor agreement:- Coordinating with legal team for Preparing draft copy for new distributor agreement for SEA markets
5. Regulatory affairs: – Coordinating with Regulatory team for Plant/ Product Registration. Submission of Product Dossier, Third party analysis report, and other Local FDA queries-SEA markets
6. Scientific Promotional materials/gifts:-Conceptualizing, Developing and Designing the scientific promotional material for Brand Promotion and Conferences Participation -SEA
7. Tender Participation: – Coordinating and providing tender pricing details and other relevant documents for applying in gov. / private Hospital tender-
8. Key opinion leader management : Plant visit and KOL engagement Program at conferences-SEA
9. Product training: Educating new and existing medical representatives on product expertise so that they can promote and engage in scientific discussions with KOLs-SEA markets
