Position: Unit Incharges & Operators (ITI Fitter & Electricians)

Location: Ongole Prakasam.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech in Chemistry, Dairy / Food Technology, Agricultural Science, ITI Fitter & Electricians with 5 – 8 years with relevant experience in Dairy Industry.

Key Responsibilities of Unit Incharge:

• Ensure to procure quantity & quality of raw milk as per the budget.
• Ensure monitoring & implementing Inputs & Extension Activities in the area of operations.
• Ensure to achieve the Production/Processing/Chilling targets as per the requirement.
• Ensure periodical preventive maintenance schedule of the Plant, Machinery & Equipments.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower & Optimization of Operational Cost.
• Ensure to maintain plant hygiene & sanitation.

Key Responsibilities of Operators:

• Attend all General Mechanical Maintenance, Break-down Maintenance and Lubrication of Machinery & Equipments.
• Attend periodical preventive maintenance schedules of all Machinery & Equipments and maintain their records from time to time.
• Preparation of material indents for all Mechanical Spares/Equipments as per the requirement.
