Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Regularly interact with mapped portfolio customers.
- Provide accurate and complete resolution for queries.
- Promote digital banking services.
- Log and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling products (e.g., Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory).
- Sales:
- Cross-sell banking products based on customer profiling.
- Achieve sales targets for TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.
- Use triggers to track FD maturities and CASA movements.
- Interaction Quality:
- Maintain quality benchmarks and accurate call documentation.
- Audit and Service Quality:
- Ensure compliance with audit guidelines and system processes.
- MIS Reporting:
- Submit timely reports and reviews as required by the central team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic banking knowledge.
