Job Descriptions:
PB Classic:
- Manage branch operations and sales to meet branch sales targets.
- Promote and sell banking products such as CASA, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
PRM:
- Manage and grow the portfolio of preferred customers (minimum average balance of ₹2 lakhs).
- Offer personalized financial solutions and cross-sell banking products.
- Generate leads through referrals and internal databases.
IRM:
- Manage Imperia customers with a portfolio size of over ₹40 Cr.
- Provide wealth management, financial planning, and advisory services.
- Focus on customer lifecycle management and revenue generation through bank products.
Authorizer:
- Authorize teller counter and personal banking transactions.
- Ensure branch hygiene parameters and prompt resolution of customer requests.
- Review documentation and promote financial products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking sales experience.
- Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of banking operations, sales, and relationship management.
