Key Responsibilities:
- Preferred Relationship Manager:
- Manage and grow relationships with HNI customers in the Preferred Program.
- Cross-sell banking products, onboard family accounts, and enhance relationship profitability.
- Acquire new-to-bank Imperia relationships.
- Personal Banker (Classic/ NRI):
- Build and manage Classic or NRI portfolios through new acquisitions.
- Deepen client relationships by cross-selling products and services.
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for premium customers.
- Imperia Relationship Manager:
- Include HNI customers in the Imperia program and enhance relationship size.
- Offer superior customer service and ensure retention of key accounts.
- Current Account Relationship Manager:
- Focus on growing current account relationships through value build-up and cross-selling.
- Senior Branch Sales Manager:
- Achieve current account targets through process adherence, supervisory reviews, and local marketing initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in managing HNI clients and cross-selling banking products.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
