Hiring for Customer service, Education Counsellor in HCLTECH
Your Role & Responsibilities:
We are searching for an Educational Counsellor that is voice process, customer service and wants to make a real impact on the BPO industry. As a customer service position, you will have below mentioned roles/responsibilities. This specific role will be focused on
- The agent has to respond to incoming calls to answer questions and inquiries,
- Identify and resolve problems, provide information
- handle complaints regarding clients products and services.
- Additionally, agents are responsible for making outbound calls to customers.
Important Information
This is a Contractual Position of 6 month and 1year respectively on HCL’s 1st Party Payroll.
Education
12th pass, Undergraduate, Graduate.
Salary
Between 17k to 23k
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet individual/teams calling targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; regular follow-up with candidates to ensure resolution.
- Updating records of customer interactions (inbound) and updating leads with correct disposition with appropriate remarks on client tools (outbound).
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies defined by client.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and share ideas within the team for process improvement.

- Shift Timings Monday through Sunday (9 AM to 7 PM or 10 AM to 8 PM).

- Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good computer skills. Basic knowledge of working on MS word and excel.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
