Position Overview
- Role: Quality Assurance – Back Office (Non-Technical)
- Domain: Banking & Financial Services (BFS)

- Work Location: On-site only (no remote options)
- Experience Required: 3 to 8 years in QA roles within the BFS domain
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality mechanisms for BFS services, including tracking, reporting, and feedback.
- Lead QA initiatives, including team management and quality target maintenance.
- Conduct structured problem-solving and root cause analysis, applying Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Analyze QA scores to drive action plans, addressing top error contributors.
- Ensure QMS adherence through process audits and ISO compliance.
- Maintain and update QMS documentation.
- Innovate with out-of-the-box thinking for process improvements.
