Who Can Apply?
- Education Requirements:
- Graduates from any stream (except BTech, BCA, MTech, MCA).
- Pursuing candidates are not eligible.
- Eligibility:
- Open to freshers with excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts (24×7) and “Work from Office.”
- Transportation: Cab facility is available (chargeable).
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email support, providing clear and professional resolutions.
- Update client databases, verify order information, and manage internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless workflow and deliver exceptional customer service.
Mandatory Documents to Carry
- Two copies of your updated resume.
- Recent passport-size photograph (within the last six months).
- Original and a photocopy of Aadhar Card.
- Provisional certificate of graduation/post-graduation.
