Job Details
- Role: Process Associate
- Type: Email Support (Non-IT Role)
- Work Location: Client Site, Unitech Signature Tower, Gurugram
- Shifts: 24×7, 5 days working with rotational offs
- Transport: Cab facility available (Chargeable)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate can apply except BTech, BCA, MTech, or MCA candidates.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong email writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with teams to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
- Maintain client databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Administer open sales orders and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage internal order-to-cash processes for multiple products.
