Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST)
Work Mode: 5 days mandatory in-office

Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and redline MSAs, SOWs, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Category Management:
- Handle procurement software, SaaS, professional services, and HR-related contracts.
- Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal/termination of contracts.
- Collaboration:
- Address contract-related queries and assist stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in CLM systems like SAP Ariba.
- Strong negotiation and risk mitigation skills.
- Familiarity with MSA, SOW, and change order processes.
Education:
- UG: Any Graduate
