Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate/undergraduate (except B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, and MCA).
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in UK/US inbound calling, preferably in the banking domain, is an advantage.
- Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Empathy and enthusiasm for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries according to the defined call flow.
- Provide first-call resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
- Adhere to process guidelines for high-quality service.
- Maintain logs such as escalation logs and complaint trackers.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality of customer information.
- Actively participate in feedback and motivational activities.
