Job Description:
🔹 Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and create SOPs as per customer specifications.
- Dynamic thinking and ability to connect process procedures with business logic.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Generate orders & reports in SAP & Oracle.
- Perform analysis on critical reports.
- Work on order management, invoice processing, and procurement tasks.
Educational Qualifications:
🎓 Eligible Degrees:
- Undergraduate (UG): BCA, BA, BBA, B.Com (Any Specialization)
- Postgraduate (PG): M.Com, MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization)
