Skill Set Required
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- Good communication skills (ability to interpret and converse effectively).
- Analytical and interpretation skills with attention to detail.
- Typing speed: 30+ WPM with 90-95% accuracy.
- Exposure to MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Basic understanding of banking products is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime when needed.

- Validate and process application amendments for BOI Back Office.
- Escalate discrepancies to supervisors for resolution.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all processes.
