Job Role: Customer Care Representative – International Voice Process
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handling inbound customer queries from UK/US clients.
✔ Resolving customer issues efficiently following call flow procedures.
✔ Ensuring first-call resolution & high customer satisfaction.
✔ Following escalation procedures for unresolved issues.
✔ Maintaining logs & trackers for complaints and escalations.
✔ Adhering to data security guidelines and customer confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Education:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Except Regular Students & Law Graduates).
- B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA & MCA graduates are NOT eligible.
✔ Experience: - Freshers & experienced candidates (preferably in UK/US inbound calling).
✔ Skills Required: - Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Professional telephone etiquette & customer service skills.
- Empathetic, enthusiastic, and problem-solving approach.
