Harman Finochem Hiring for API- EHS-Submit Resume to HR Email

1. To identify, prepare, review & update EHS related SOPs and Standards.

2. To inspect the work permit system.

3. To conduct training on EHS standards, SOPs, safety orientation of new Hires and related assessments/documentations.

4. To ensure holding of periodic meetings of the safety committee meetings, to prepare, receive. circulate /display agendas, meetings, action plans.

5. To identify unsafe act, unsafe conditions, near misses, investigate accidents, dangerous occurrences, and occupational diseases and recommend action plans for prevention.

6. To review periodically the emergency preparedness plan and conduct periodic and co ordinate Mock trials for evacuation procedures.

7. To conduct safety audits/inspections, to identify job hazards, unsafe conditions and co- ordinate with operating department the rectification thereof.

8. To organize safety events, contests, competitions, safety day, display posters, articles, notices poster and other programs for propagating safety awareness and safety culture.

9. To ensure compliance with safety, environment and health related legislation and to maintain appropriate records thereof.

10. To identify, procure, distribute Personal protective equipment’s.

11. To co ordinate preparedness for EHS audit, attend to audit and ensure compliance with audit points, inspect and issue Work permits system.

12. Conduct and Organized Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Hazard Operability Study (HAZOP) and Pre Startup Safety Review (PSSR), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Activity based risk Assessment (ABRA) for Process Plants and new modifications.
