- Handling AHU, EMS, and BMS systems.
- Injectable facility HVAC compliance.
Lyophilization (Lyo)
- Operation and maintenance of lyophilizers.
- Troubleshooting and documentation.
- Handling ALUS and vial filling lines.
- QMS activities related to lyophilized injectables.
Utility Operations
- Maintenance of Air Compressors.
- Nitrogen (N2) systems management.
- Chillers and Cooling Towers.
- Water and utility system operations.
Process Maintenance
- Maintenance of Washing Machines.
- Filling and Sealing Equipment.
- Capping Machines.
- Lyophilizers and TS Units.
- Autoclaves and Walk-in Chambers.
Electrical Engineering
- Electrical equipment maintenance.
- DG systems and transformer operations.
- PCC panels and electrical distribution systems.
- Equipment troubleshooting and documentation.
Engineering QMS
- Engineering documentation.
- QMS compliance activities.
- Regulatory documentation management.
- Audit support and compliance monitoring.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Exposure to injectable manufacturing operations.
