Graviti Pharma is looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to begin their career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This role offers hands-on exposure to core production activities in a regulated environment.

🔹 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• Interest in learning pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• Ability to follow standard procedures, quality norms, and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in daily tasks
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a team
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts

 

Required Skills:

• Support manufacturing operations such as granulation, compression, coating, blending, filling, packing, or related activities.
• Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment as per SOPs.
• Follow GMP, GDP, and safety protocols during all work.
• Work with senior operators/officers during batch processing and changeovers
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical production processes.
• Knowledge of GMP / GDP / SOPs (preferred).
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
