Roles and Responsibilities
a. Follow up with partners for purchase orders & order executions with the help of internal departments.
b. Should know the life-cycle management of order processing.
c. Should know the art works management; co-ordinate with RA/Packaging development team and customer for art work finalization.
d. To handle all market complaints with interdepartmental co-ordination.
e. To prepare Open order and sales statement.
f. To follow-up with customers on payments.
g. Co-ordinate customer visits to manufacturing sites.
h. Addressing the queries from customer and resolving them in timely manner to keep the healthy customer relations.
Desired Candidate Profile
i. Worked on US or Europe Markets
ii. SAP experience would be preferred
iii. Should have minimum of 2 to 6 years experience in similar roles in Pharma industry
