● Job Description ●
- Bacterial Endotoxin testing for routine samples.
- Regular water testing.
- Analytical Method validations related to the BET, MLT and Bioburden testing.
- Plate reading for different microbiological analysis.
- Routine testing of Biological indicators as part of the validations and qualifications.
- Daily observations of the sterility test canisters / tubes.
- Review of the sterility test documents, environment monitoring records in sterility testing area, incubator monitoring documents.
- Disinfectant preparation and filtration as per the schedules.
- Plate reading for different microbiological analysis.
- Sterility testing of the Finished products. In process, stability and packing materials.
- Autoclave Operations & Sterility Analysis & BET.
- Activities – QMS, SOP, PCR, DCR, FCR.
