Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage instrument calibration activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Oversee instrument maintenance, repair, and replacement to ensure optimal performance of process instruments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for equipment validation, CSV (Computer System Validation), and PLC/SCADA system integration.
- Develop and implement procedures for instrument qualification, preventive maintenance schedules, and incident management.
- Ensure accurate documentation of instrument records, including data sheets, logs, and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-20 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical instrumentation systems, process instrumentation principles, SCADA/PLC control systems.
