Gland Pharma Ltd- Unit-2, Pashamylaram Walk-in on 6th September | Process Engineering & Block Utilities/Central Utilities | Exp 1-7 years | Experience in Sterile Injectables/Parenteral mandatory
Process Engineering:
1. 1-7 years’ experience in Process engineering(Instrumentation & Mechanical). Candidate need to have experience in working with equipment’s such as Vail Washing, Tunnel, Filling , Sealing, Lyophilizer, Autoclave, Depyrogenation tunnel.
2. Performing preventive maintenance activity of equipment’s located in manufacturing block as per preventive maintenance planner.
3. Responsible for equipment Qualifications and support validation team to perform all validation activity.
4. Responsible for Breakdown, Operation and preventive maintenance of process equipment’s.
5. Experience in sterile injectables/Parenteral industry is mandatory
Block Utilities/Central Utilities:
1. 2-6 years’ experience in Block Utilities/Central Utilities.
2. Responsible for operation and preventive maintenance activities as per schedule for the equipment’s such as PW storage and distribution system, Multicolumn distillation plant, Pure steam
generator, WFI storage and distribution system, Filter integrity tester.
3. Involving in IQ and OQ validations.
4. Supporting to executers for preparing and executing the documents.
5.Monitoring the daily activities & equipment Operations of block utility.
