Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Support data collection to assist in account recovery.
- Maintain an understanding of client policies and processes.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate unresolved bugs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: Graduate (Any discipline except Law).
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English (reading, speaking, and comprehension).
- Experience: Freshers only.
