Job description
(i) Payroll Customer Service and Data Maintenance
(ii) Process On-cycle payroll and off-cycle payments
(iii) Process General Payroll Deductions
(iv) Verify Timekeeping system
(v) Process vacation accruals and reconciliation
(vi) Reconcile reports for employee and employer taxes
(vii) Generate and post payroll journals
(viii) Perform Payroll Regulatory and Compliance Reporting
Preferred Skills
(i) Bachelors degree in commerce
(ii) 0 – 1 year of experience in transactional processes preferably in any of US / UK payroll data entry processes like updating voluntary and involuntary deductions, element entry, inputs processing etc
(iii) Good written & verbal communication skills
(iv) Ability to work under pressure and deliver as per the deadlines.
