This walk-in drive aims to hire talented individuals for both Chat Support and Voice Support roles. Candidates will engage with customers, resolve queries, provide product guidance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
Chat Support
This role is open for graduate freshers (except Law and Diploma). Candidates must be able to manage multiple active chats simultaneously, offer timely responses, follow help articles and policies, identify and report issues, support technical queries related to domain, hosting, server, SSL, email, backup and more, and deliver excellent customer service. Upskilling and upselling based on customer needs are part of the role.
Voice Support
Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience (except Law and Diploma graduates) are eligible. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, assisting with account recovery processes, reproducing and escalating product issues, adhering to client policies, and providing high-quality customer service with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Documents to Carry
Two passport-size photographs (one pasted on the resume), two copies of the resume, and original Aadhar card.
Preferred Skills
Strong probing and analytical ability, customer-centric approach, excellent written English with a neutral accent, and flexibility to work on weekends when required.
