Provide technical support (email, hosting, domains, SSL, etc.)

Work closely with internal teams to support customers

Identify bugs or suggest improvements

Promote relevant Genpact products or upgrades as needed

Graduates from any stream except Law

Must speak fluent Hindi & English

Basic technical awareness (email clients, web, domains, browsers, etc.)
