Job description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Voice Customer Service Representatives. This role entails handling customer queries primarily related to UPI (Unified Payments Interface) transactions. As a Voice Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience with our services.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding UPI transactions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to higher authorities when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures at all times.
Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the management.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus but not mandatory.
Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
