Responsibilities
6+ years of experience in SAP with 1-2 years of experience on S4HANA
Working experience on SAP HCM
Configuration and Master data setup
Time Management
Personnel Administration
Personnel Development
HCM integration with upstream (Workday) and downstream (Ariba, Concur, etc.) systems
Flexible to work in shifts
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
