- Validation of indexed information and ensuring pre-authorization accuracy.
- Identifying duplicate claims and investigating potential fraud.
- Policy interpretation, referral management, and adjudication processes.
- Utilizing tools to analyze and interpret policy messages.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements: Any graduate (non-technical), freshers welcome!
- Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare/medical terminologies, attention to detail, and investigative skills.
