Voice Process
- Address customer queries and concerns.
- Provide data collection support to enable account recovery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs if required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage escalations.
- Exhibit critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Collaborate effectively in team environments or work independently as needed.
Non-Voice Process
- Comprehend complex information and data sets.
- Deliver work with high accuracy and productivity.
- Communicate with onshore teams to resolve pending issues.
- Analyze and identify trends for awareness.
- Maintain high accuracy while performing assigned tasks.
Shift Timing
- Flexible with shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent (Freshers eligible).
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
- Language proficiency (verbal and written).
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Problem analysis and solving abilities.
