Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry of personal, provider, and invoice details
- Validating information entered by indexers
- Checking pre-authorizations and identifying duplicate claims
- Managing alerts related to members and providers
- Referring cases for additional information as needed
- Investigating claims to identify overcharges, ineligible charges, contract compliance, and potential fraud
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Any Graduate (excluding technical backgrounds)
- Freshers are welcome
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology
- Strong attention to detail, investigative skills, and comprehension
Documents to Bring:
