Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Assist in data collection to aid account recovery for end users.
- Ensure deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce and escalate customer issues when needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements: Graduate (Any Discipline except law); ability to speak, read, and comprehend both Hindi and English.
- Preferred Skills: Effective probing and analytical skills, customer-centric approach, and flexibility to work weekends.
