- 🔍 Position: Medical information associate-(MICC)
- 🚩 Location: Delhi, (In-office role)
- 🌐 Domain / Department: Pharmacovigilance-Medical Information associate.
👩⚕️ Key Requirements:
- Qualification: BDS, M.Pharm / B.Pharma / Pharm.D.
- Strong communication skills and subject knowledge
- Immediate joiners only
- No WFH option
- 18 months employment bond mandatory
👉 Please note that candidate need to work in Hyderabad at least one year. And will be moved to Delhi location.
💼 Responsibilities:
- Handle Voicemails, inbound and outbound calls for Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), Medical Inquiries (MIs) and non-standard inquires and preparing source documents for the same.
- Handle spontaneous and solicited reports, including identification of Adverse Events, Product Complaints / Medical Device complaints, legal complaints, product information, Medication errors and Special case scenarios.
