Production (OSD)
Granulation/Compression/Packing Officer:
- Experience: 2-4 Years.
- Qualification: M. Pharma/B. Pharma.
Granulation/Compression/Packing Executive:
- Experience: 4-7 Years.
- Qualification: M. Pharma/B. Pharma.
- Audit exposure in USFDA/EUGMP approved company. Exposure of Material Handling / Electronic Batch Record filling and review / Good Knowledge of SAP System & Their T Codes for PP_PI/Machine Alarms handling/QMS/Deviation / Change Control/SOP/Daily Reports Preparation/Manpower Handling.
Granulation / Compression/ Liquid & Paste Manufacturing / Liquid Filling/ Bottle Primary Packing Technician:
- Experience: 2-6 Years.
- Qualification: D. Pharma/Diploma/ ITI.
- Audit exposure in USFDA /EUGMP approved company. Independently handle the granulation area equipment. Expertise in Top spraying and roll compaction process. Handle the Liquid and Paste Manufacturing equipment’s and their process. Working in Primary Bottle Packing (CVC Line) / Liquid Filling. Good Computer knowledge / Machine Operation/ Cleaning / Changeover /Alarm Handling.
Quality Control (OSD)
QC Validation Analyst (Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive):
- Experience: 4-7 Years.
- Qualification: M.Sc./M. Pharma/B. Pharma.
- Well versed with Analytical methods validation/Method transfer/Cleaning validation, Handling HPLC, GC, DR and other instruments, Reviewing analytical data. Preparation of Validation protocols and reports.
QC Sr. Officer / Executive:
- Experience: 4-7 Years.
- Qualification: M.Sc./M. Pharma/B. Pharma.
- QC analyzing, Stability, In process, FP, RM sample. Handling instruments (HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, DR, SSA), and review of analytical data.
Quality Assurance (OSD)
- Officer To Executive IPQA:
- Experience: 2-6 Years.
- Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/B.Sc./M.Sc. Line clearance, Sampling of In-process samples & FG sample. Review of BMR, BPR with audit trail of equipment.
Officer To Executive Analytical QA:
- Experience: 2-6 Years.
- Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ B.Sc./ M.Sc.
- Investigations of OOS, Incident, deviations. Review of analytical data of RM/PM, in-process and finished products. Review of audit trail of analytical instruments. (Must have sound knowledge on HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV etc.).
Projects
Dy. Manager/Asst. Manager:
- Experience: 8-12 Years.
- Qualification: BE (Electrical/Mechanical).
- Should have experience of design and execution on of projects, should have basic knowledge of utility and facility design, should have experience of working in projects, experience of project and construction management.
Officer To Asst. Manager:
- Experience: 4-10 Years.
- Qualification: BE (Civil).
- Should have experience of AutoCAD, experience in construction projects, should be able to do billing.
Officer/Sr. Officer:
- Experience: 4-6 Years.
- Qualification: (Mechanical/Electrical).
- Should have experience of AutoCAD, experience in construction projects, should be able to do billing.
Technology Transfer (OSD/Injectable):
Sr. Officer To Sr. Executive:
- Experience: 5-10 Years.
- Qualification: B. Pharm /M. Pharm
- To prepare documents like BMRs, BPRs, protocols and reports for trial batches/scale-up batches, exhibit batches/ process validation batches. To-coordinate and execute scale up/ exhibit/ process validation batches. To prepare and review the departmental standard operating procedures.
Production (Injectable)
Vial Washing / Autoclave / Microsphere Manufacturing / Visual inspector/labelling Operator:
- Experience: 3-5 Years.
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma.
Aseptic Filling & Filtration Operator:
- Experience: 7-8 years.
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma.
Officer (QMS):
- Experience: 4-5 years.
- Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma.
Quality Control Micro (Injectable)
Officer To Sr. Executive:
- Experience: 2-8 years.
- Qualification: M.Sc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology). Microbiological Testing (e.g. Sterility, BET, MLT, GPT etc.) and Method Validations.
Engineering (Injectable):
Officer/ Sr. Officer (Plant Maintenance):
- Experience: 4-8 Years.
- Qualification: BE Electrical.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment and Instruments of Injectable plant. To Maintain maintenance schedule, training records, protocols, and quality documentation as and when required.
Technician / Sr Technician (Plant Maintenance):
- Experience: 6-8 Years.
- Qualification: Diploma Electrical/ITI.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment and Instruments of Injectable plant. To Maintain maintenance schedule, training records, protocols, and quality documentation as and when required.
Technician / Sr. Technician (Water System/HVAC):
- Experience: 6-8 Years.
- Qualification: Diploma Electrical/ITI.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC/ Water system of Injectable plant. To Maintain maintenance schedule, training records, protocols, and quality documentation as and when required.
